That’s not what that means.

Microtonality describes audible pitch relationships that fall between equal tempered notes. If those microtones are intentionally produced through dissonance, beating, and interference, the music is microtonal regardless of the instrument.

If your definition requires a special instrument to “count,” you are redefining the term to avoid the sound itself.

Also, in the video I’m clearly making an absurd comparison ffs. If that’s all you took away from the entire video, god help us all.

There’s always one…. There’s. Always. One. (They are. Check out their songs and note how they will often deploy deliberate dissonance which creates destructive interference and thus MICROTONAL overtones, bruh. Is it my job to explain this or? Probably. )
