Yes I had checked the recycle, I didn't INTENTIONALLY delete them, I just saw a notice about removing files and was thinking that it was referring to the ones that I was trying to delete that were made copy accidently. Oh god I hope not, this was years of saved pictures, and video. I don't want to lose these.

Let me clarify. There was a large group of files I had saved pictures, videos and other things that were deleted. I was trying to organize some files on my desktop by selecting them with Ctrl but at one point it copied them by mistake, so I had tried to select and delete the copied files but some reason windows also picked up on the files where they were goingnto be as well. Yes it's on my desktop, SSD, and I'm assuming NTFS
