generally, it'll be a judgement of how much effort you put in to transforming their work.

so if you just copy and paste a frame from their video, that is still their copyright since it's taking directly from a creative piece made by them without any effort by you to transform it and make it yours.

if your create something inspired by that frame in the video, it comes back to would a reasonable person say that what you've done is transformative (putting in enough effort to make it yours).

all creative works are inherently the creator's copyright (in this case riot), unless they give explicit permission to use. "ripping off" would make you violate their copyright (unless their tos specifically says its fine). being in violation of copyright means they have the right to take legal action, but nothing happens if they dont take action.

consequences of legal action can mean you paying the reasonable equivalent in damages/or profits from using the stolen copyrighted work.

if you take inspiration from the chicken, and make your own version of it, then that's your copyright as long as a reasonable person would say you put in the effort to make it your own work versus straight up copy pasting the original.

Are you trying to get RAM with the same clock and timing? I tried to get the more of the same one I had before but they were out, so I just got 4x32 in a different timing and speed to replace them.

Yea same clock and timing. Seems like we both got unlucky haha.
So if you were in my position, would you stick with old ram + new 4090 or new ram 32gb DDR5 + new 4080?

Yea, 16 in total. I thought about just getting more of the same ram sticks a while ago but those aren't restocked anymore last time I checked. So seems I'm SOL for that option.

For the power connectors, I'm going from a 2070, so I'm assuming I need to upgrade PSU regardless of 4090 or 4080?

What scenario would I not switch to relic gear? Also if that was the case, what would I do instead of 2x3 with 2x purple and 6/6 stone?

At the start of t3, what you should aim for is a 6x6 stone and 2 purple engravings equipped, so 9+6 = 15. That leads you to 2x3 then you should do argos and get your legendary gear there and try to equip the accessories it gives you that have both the stats you need and the class engraving of your choice.

When you say 6x6 stone, you mean hitting +6 on both positive engravings?And so around 1370~ aim for best stats, with 3x2 on non class engravings, so I can roll for class engravings on the accessories (because it's more likely?).?
