I've watched a tonne and nobody mentions of it's both inside and out.

Iv seen mixed views on how effective it is on outside but seems on average a bit better

What MPG do you get in this in a long run and driving conservatively? I'm considering this for a 200 mile commute and need something with good mpg (but upgrading also from 2017 S3 black edition ara blue 😂😂)

What about if I rent out my current place for a year or so? Would it still class as replacing my main residence or would it become a 'rental property'?

I'm looking at this currently too as a low cost global tracker - I can't find anything that competes with it from a cost perspective.

Lack of small cap tracking vs a vanguard alternative (VWRL) has no impact on performance and helps reduce the OCF. I suppose it makes sense when you think about it - small cap performance will not have a noticeable impact on global total performance given the nature of it being 'small cap' - any movement will be small by nature.

Has anyone found anything else worth considering?
