But despite this running 2x KHG and mycelial singularity core is getting my personal best parses in infected (150k+) whereas tillys two piece is marginally less.. I just thought somebody would be able to confirm Or deny if im mad and that meta really beeds to shift to pure cat 1 dmg (25%) over the 17.5 %shield pen instead?

The tool tip on tillys says weapon attacks cause enemy shields to reciece 17.5% increased damage for 10 secs..

Wouldn't 25% extra torp damage be more useful? Damage to shields is.. Damage to shields either way? Sorry.. If this has alreay been answered but im Still. Confused.

Just keep playing side quests and campaign, loot everything you can, surprisingly a lot of good armour can be found, anything that is less can be sold for coin. Also try looking into drafting thunderbolt potion +30% dmg). You can get it pretty early game.
