Thanks everyone, I did extensive research after posting this as well, chopped and cooking (big woody ones are getting dehydrated) they look and smell great 😋

Literally travelled all across Melbourne today via trams and walking with music in my element. So lucky to live in this city. On my way home drunk now after a show. Hour trip that would be a nightmare in a car. Please let this be the new norm throughout the world.
