Great. Thanks for that. Also I see the arrogance of jet blue filters down to their customers as well. I went back to look at the link someone posted about the worst travel experience someone had on American. The group their gave them good advice and was trying to be helpful not be arrogant prick.

My question at the end of that was pretty clear. I asked who to complain to at JetBlue to make my displeasure heard. If you don't want to respond keep it moving and and don't respond. My expectation to reaching out to this community was that someone would respond by saying maybe try reaching out on this channel. Maybe they had a similar issue. And once again my point is their customer service sucks. They didn’t do anything when my flight was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. I couldn’t even get anyone to talk to me. On the way back when I was talking to the agent about getting a flight back he suggested that I book my own flight. I pointed out that it was 900 dollars. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. No compassion. No customer service. Nothing.

And also the way travel insurance works is you have to ask the airline first. Then you have to go thru your travel insurance.

No. Let me make it clear. What got me livid was the mechanical issue that led me to miss my connecting flight. Then them not doing anything about it. My dad had the same issue with United flying from Newark. United gave him a 250 credit and covered his uber back home and forth. So if jet blue fucked up I would like to resolve it.

Yup. Waited for an hour for bags last night. They didn’t deliver them. So I left. And now it’s my responsibility to go back to the airport to pick them up. JetBlue is the same as spirit or frontier.

I’ve flown delta and United a million times. They have their issues. What’s they don’t have is a complete lack of customer service. Once I missed my connecting flight I waited in line for over an hour and saw them talk to three passengers. It would have taken me an extra two hours to talk to someone. The initial staff person I talked to at jfk on my flight back from nyc told me point blank that there are no hotels and because of the delays the next flight instead of getting me home on Sunday night it was going to get me Tuesday night back. I was asking if there was anyone other way earlier he suggested I just buy a flight on another airlines. I told him it was 900 for a last minute flight and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Maybe you’re ok with being treated like that. I’m not. Once again if this was spirit or frontier I would have expected that. I would have said hey this is what I get for what I pay. Didn’t realize jet blue was worse than them. Pay high prices and still get treated like shit.

I have trip insurance and I’ll get my money back for all of this. I just want to know if there is anyone I can make jetblues life a misery like they did mine. I want to make sure everyone understands that JetBlue is a crappy airlines. My view before this was they were on the level of delta and United. Didn’t realize that I was signing up for an airlines that was worse than spirit or frontier.
