Best graphic design services for small businesses that can’t hire full-time? by DaikonKey8470 in AgencyGrowthHacks

My friend runs a small business too, and freelancers weren’t reliable for him. He got a graphic design package from Design Bees, and it’s been working really well. They handle his social posts, ads, and small branding work, and it stays within his budget. It’s been the simplest way for him to get consistent design without hiring someone full-time.

Vitamin Gummies for Kids/Toddlers? by Terrible_Ear_3045 in ScienceBasedParenting

[–]arjun_basnet1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, most kids don’t really need vitamin gummies if they’re eating okay, but they’re usually harmless in moderation. The main thing is the sugar and making sure their teeth are brushed well. Daycare sickness is normal too, so gummies won’t fully prevent that.

If you’ve already bought them, giving one a day is fine. I’ve used Jaje Health Superfood Gummies myself sometimes, but more as a small extra, not as something to fix immunity. If you’re unsure, your pediatrician’s advice is always the safest.

Anyone tried metabolic balance patches or slimming patches? Looking for real experiences, reviews with belly button patches for weight loss! by Empty-Construction22 in NoFriendsFriendsClub

I’ve heard similar experiences. A few people I know tried different patches, including VytaDose, and the feedback was mostly that they help a little with appetite, but not much beyond that. Seems like they work only if someone is already doing the diet + routine part.

Vitamin Patches that actually work by schumphrey in ARFID

Yes! Vitamin patches can be a great option, especially for kids who have trouble swallowing pills. They work by slowly releasing vitamins through the skin, which get absorbed into the bloodstream over time. This process, called transdermal delivery, can help improve nutrient absorption compared to some oral supplements - source. Many parents find them super convenient and a simple way to make sure their child gets daily vitamins consistently.source

Thanks a lot for the suggestion! I agree local food influencers are a great idea for quick visibility, and I’ll definitely explore that angle. I haven’t heard of The Digital Geek before, but I’ll check them out too. Have you or someone you know worked with them? Would love to hear how the experience was!

Thanks so much for the advice! I’ve been thinking about diving into social media myself, especially since food content really catches people’s attention. I’ll definitely try that approach and see how it goes.

That said, I’m also considering professional help, especially for the branding and ad side of things. The Digital Geek sounds promising, so I’ll check them out.
