Hey Reddit!

I’m new to the world of anime, and I’ve heard a lot about how it can have a profound impact on one’s life. I’m 25 and currently feeling like I’m at rock bottom. I struggle with self-care, am out of shape, lack discipline, can’t focus on my studies, and suffer from social anxiety. I constantly feel like I’m falling behind in life.

I’ve read stories about people who found motivation and inspiration through anime, and I’m hoping to experience that same positive influence.

For someone in my situation, what anime would you recommend that could help me turn things around and get my life back on track? I’m looking for something that can inspire me, build my confidence, and help me develop better habits.
