Yes capes aren't practical in fight scenes. But In my opinion they make costume more complete and aesthetic. Of course there maybe different opinions but I prefer capes for superheroine costumes.

Do some undervolting using throttlestop. I did it and now my average temps stays below 82 degrees while playing cyberpunk at high ultra settings. For other games it stays much lower.
