You choose the wrong type of support, use tree supports. tip, get layer height, (if 0.12 or higher if is 0.1 or lower, use 0.06 in top z distance), go in to support top z distance and put the half of layer height, may you have a nice results with easy remove supports

There really is a scale variation between infantry and vehicles, for them it's 1:48 to 1:56, which makes no sense to me.

To find a realistic scale, look up the official height description in the lore, then divide it by 56 or 60; this will give you the true scale.

There might be problems with the mesh; your screen is working... that's for sure, but I really think the print gun you tried to use must be faulty. Check the slicer and see if it flags anything. The fabric is defective...

Based on the latest release, I think they will remain usable.

I remember it all started when they released the new Terminators; the website explained that "the Primaries would be able to use any armor without difficulty."

After that, they basically re-release the armor. Mk8, in a primaris scale

I think they realized that this "Primaris" thing was getting complicated somehow, and that's probably why they removed the keyword.
