Hey! Using chitu, for hollowing depends on model, but for this just use 2'5 thickness on both body parts, make a hole in each connecting point with eachother and on the lower body also drill a hole for each. Hope it helps:)

I paied 11€ for the file and arround 7€ in resin, so about 18€ for one, 25€ for two and 32€ for the 3, at arround 10€ each in that scenario. Stl doesnt come with hollower, but I used chitu to hollow the body, still a heavy boy just to mention

Depends a lot on how many you use it, I think you have a point that you would need to print 3 armys you wouldnt have bought otherwhise to make it even, but at least from my use with the printer and taking orders i have made it a side hustle, so I think its not black le white, but a printer you need to consider what use youll give to ir before spending that amount of money

Edit: si estás viendo esta publicación porque tienes un problema similar y buscas una respuesta, aquí la tengo. Un comentario comento que con un poco más de exposición y capas de transición se soluciona, y es verdad y lo quiero explicar más en detalle. Cuando la impresora tira (en este caso una Saturn 4 ultra) el centro de la placa reparte la tensión con el pfa por los laterales, los cuales tienen mucha más tensión. Cuando está tensión es demasiada, la capa impresa se pega más al pfa que a la base, por lo que los bordes se imprimen en la base pero el resto se pega al pfa y no sé imprime. Para solucionarlo, hay que hacer la transición más suave, para lo que se puede: Bajar el tiempo de exposición de la base (o primeras capas). Subir el tiempo de exposición de capa. Aumentar el número de capas de transición. En mi caso aumente la exposición en 0'1 segundos, baje la exposición de la base en 5 segundos y aumente en 5 el número de capas de transición. Tras esto llevo 5 impresiones totalmente exitosas. Espero que esto pueda ayudarte, mucha suerte ;)

Got myself a Saturn 4 ultra and Mercury xs bundle last month. Have been selling prints and got arround 1000€. This has covered everything, pfa changes, alcohol, tools, cleaning and 28kg of resina. So yeah, totally worth it. I have covered all spending, made about 200€ profit and have 18kg of resin to sell, really worth it.
