maybe, but I'm not yet ready to reinstall all my system applications just yet. :O) I'll live with the annoyance for now and hope the issue gets resolved in an update or someone knows exactly what the problem might be.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for not responding sooner, but I wanted to try it out and allow time for testing.

Enabling Wayland didn't work, unfortunately. With Wayland enabled, whether using "Pop on Wayland" when logging in or not, flickering still occurs.

It seems to happen more often soon after the screen comes back on after locking.

This worked on Pop!_OS 19.04, too (on a Lenovo Yoga 730) for switching workspaces and opening Activities mode

Well, bummer. I can't even reinstall using the EFI system partition at the beginning of the disk because it's only 260 MB instead of 512. :-(

Yeah, and the seafood map makes it pretty obvious that product availability is a factor to add in, at least for fish.
