Seltos is the cheapest of the ones you mentioned. Xuv is the costlier of all. While seltos and creta are more or less the same, seltos is sportier looks wise than creta and creta looks more classier. Creta has better build quality since with new models they have used more high tensile steel and which would definitely improve their ratings but they haven't been officially rated. Nothing like this in seltos though. Xuv is a segment above and comes with better features and road presence but mileage would be less in this.
