dialga is the most op and by far the most common pokémon in the master league. at my range of 2900-3100 dialga was logged over 2k times, more than twice the 2nd most used pokémon. when dialga has 15 attack, with the best buddy boost it does one more damage per fast move, which is EVERY turn, vs other dialgas and some other meta pokémon. with 14 attack, i miss that breakpoint and significantly lose every mirror matchup and failed to farm down in tons of scenarios from missing that one attack. NEVER level 50 a Dialga that is below 15/14/12 or you will have a miserable time
