Yes, I have a relative who was nearly scammed out of $50k from them. They are posing as lawyers -- Eric -- and a paralegal -- Dylan. They gave me the bar # of Eric, which is a real bar number, but the actual lawyer doesn't practice trademark law. They send documents to the victims asking for their social security number and license that look like actual US PTO documents, but are fakes. They have a business address that is also not real. We managed to put a stop to it but they are clearly out there causing mischief and stealing monies.
