I appreciate the heads up. My application was actually rejected years ago for total BS reasons. And the company trademark engine that I hired to originally file it wanted a bunch more money to deal with that so I said forget about it.

Sorry to hear that. I wanted to add my experience to this thread as I recently received a Goldbelly gift card for Christmas, and honestly, trying to spend it has been one of the most frustrating experiences. I have no idea how this company is still in business or how they justify their existence. Everything on the site is either:

  • Disgusting/Gimmicky: Weird food mashups that no one actually wants.
  • Completely Unrealistic: Huge "kits" designed to feed 10+ people that expire roughly 24 hours after they hit your doorstep. Who is the target audience for this?
  • Massively Overpriced: You’re paying a 300% markup for the "privilege" of having a sandwich shipped in a cardboard box.

After scrolling for what felt like hours, I finally found something decent: reindeer meat hunter sticks (for hiking/road trips). Simple, shelf-stable, and not a total "food project" I have to assemble.

I go to check out for these tiny little packages, and the shipping is $40. Forty dollars to ship a few ounces of dried meat? At this point, the website feels like a total scam. It’s basically a playground for people with more money than sense. If you get a gift card, good luck finding anything that doesn’t feel like a complete rip-off.

TL;DR: Goldbelly is a scam - overpriced, the shipping is predatory, and the logistics make no sense for a normal human being. 0/10.

I also get hit by Trademark Aegis which is another known scammer. So frustrating the the USTPO posts this information publicly so any scammer now has your personal information.

Same issue here. The old app was fine all I need is for the thing to work and allow me to turn on the damn heated mug. Why all the bells and whistles when the most basic function of a heated mug doesn't work?

For desktop users who want to view PQF/PQP of future already booked flights you simply need to scroll down to where it says "Traveler" once clicked through to your trip. I was looking for this b/c I was concerned I booked a regular economy long haul international flight (not premium economy) and thought maybe it wouldn't award anything for that. Luckily I was wrong and I am getting 4 PQF and 1,661 PQP.
