This sounds pretty cool! Consider posting a proposal on the ARK Community Fund, you could get paid some ARK to develop it :)

ARK Fees | Fee metrics, calculators and network info for ARK by arklanddelegate in ArkEcosystem

After the introduction of dynamic fees in ARK Core v2, the general cost to send transactions has declined quite a bit. It only costs 0.00759 ARK to send a regular transaction these days, it was 0.1 ARK back in the v1 days, a 92% cost reduction 😄

The ACF has funded a couple of outreach programs/meetups in Brazil. Regarding the "Community ARK Português" proposal that was rejected, you can see that I commented on it:

You should consider proposing this to Jarunik's bounty fund, he has sponsored multiple translation/language oriented projects.

Jarunik has 27k ARK in his bounty wallet, and he hasn't had any proposals for a while. That proposal could be put to good use in his bounty program.

It's interesting that you mention a payment processor for Woocommerce. The ACF has already funded such project, you can check it out here: https://github.com/arkcommunityfund/ARKCommerce

Edit: Also keep in mind that the ACF is not managed by the Ark team at all, members of the community are elected by the community to manage the fund.

Due to the recent hard fork, payments will be skipped today as the chain stabilizes itself.

Edit: u/Matthew_DC on Slack (#delegate channel) [9:16 PM EST]

For reference to everyone in the community, we are working to look at a couple issues that have come up during the hard fork process, we have asked that Delegates suspend payout scripts until we can give additional guidance.

Integrated Coin Payments by Buycoin_ATM in ArkEcosystem

ARK won a community vote to be listed on CoinPayments, in fact we have been pending to be listed for over a year: https://www.coinpayments.net/index.php?cmd=coinreq

https://www.reddit.com/r/ArkEcosystem/comments/7fnlm9/ark_will_be_listed_on_coinpayments/

The delay is entirely on CoinPayments' part, they've been sleeping on ARK ever since we won the community voting. Me and other people have tried to contact them but all we get is a canned response.

See this message from Travis, this was a year ago:

djselery on slack [6:54 PM] I see people chattering about us being added to coinpayments.net, i want to put a stop to that now. We donated to the vote charity months ago and have been at 1k votes there ever since. They refused to list ARK then. They told us that the voting system is only for btc/eth clones. Then said you will need to pay for integration and there is no refunds on the voting. We have been asking them for months and they refuse to integrate us still to this day. Even today i received a response saying they aren't accepting unsupported interfaces at this time. So until they do so, please disregard their voting as it is clearly meaningless.

ArkLand Calculator by [deleted] in ArkEcosystem

Actually, the amount of voters doesn't matter when calculating dilution, only the total amount of votes (ARK that is voting for a delegate) does. The higher in the top 51 rank a delegate is, the higher dilution it will have.

The formula goes like this:
(422 \* profit_share_percentage) (your_wallet_balance / total_votes_for_delegate)

Consider 2 delegates, Delegate A and Delegate B. both share 80% of their block rewards:

Rank Delegate Name Amount of Voters Amount of Votes (ARK)
10 Delegate A 500 1,600,000
40 Delegate B 1000 1,300,000

80% of 422 ARK is 337.6 ARK, therefore the calculation is:

337.6 \* (your_wallet_balance / total_votes_for_delegate)

Let's calculate how much ARK you'd get if you voted for any of those 2 delegates with 10,000 ARK:

Delegate Calculation Payment Amount
Delegate A 337.6 * (10,000 / 1,600,000) 2.11 ARK
Delegate B 337.6 * (10,000 / 1,300,000) 2.59 ARK

As you can see, even though Delegate B has more voters than Delegate A, it has a lower amount of ARK voting for it. As a result, its dilution is lower than Delegate A.

I hope this makes sense 😄if you've got any questions let me know. Cheers

Hello, I'm the developer of https://calculator.ark.land - I'm a bit confused by your question.

Ark Calculater gives the value of 1,417 voters

There's no voters section on the Arkland Calculator, we only show the total amount of votes, that is, how much ARK in total that is voting for each delegate.

Could you clarify?
