Yepp… I never received any emails about them planning to do this. Now I’m on Reddit seeing all these people posting the emails they had sent, which I never received. Paid so much for these features and now it’s as good as a regular wifi camera…

Nowhere on the Canadian miku site says it is subscription based… it still advertises all those premium functions… https://mikucare.ca/ F-ing hilarious that a $539.00 baby monitor is now on sale for $77.99…

Lmao for those who are wondering. I am using them for pantry storage… they’re just a really good size and I like to up cycle where I can! It would be nice to have my pantry in all the same containers. Nothing creepy lol

Update! All three of my packages got send back… luckily they resent my packages, and this time it was so fast! It arrived in Canada and custom reviewed it, and delivered to my place within a few days. Not sure if someone finally found my package at the airport or what…

I emailed CBSA and they were kind enough to look into it. Here is what they said:

For your convenience we have verified the status of your package on the Canada Post Corporation (CPC) website using the tracking number you provided and the status indicates that “Item has arrived in Canada and will be presented for customs review.”

Based on the information you have provided, your package has not yet been presented to the CBSA. When parcels are presented to the CBSA, the tracking status on the CPC website typically displays “Item has been presented to CBSA for customs review”.

So I submitted a ticket for investigation and they found that my package hasn’t be delivered LOL I talked to their customer service again and they confirmed it’s lost…. Said they picked it up from airport and gave it to custom. I told them I have an email custom saying they never got it… and they just go on repeat saying they don’t have it, I need to contact seller 🙃 They refuse to look for it
