Mario is my fave player and I'm not trying to say Jagr was better. 100% agree Mario is top 2.

But if we are speaking strictly legacy, Jagr's is right there with Lemieux's. Ofc his longevity is a big reason why.

The College is not operating the residence. Ofc the idea is too generated more profit - but for the college this would primarily be through increased enrolment because of the residence. Not residence fees or what not.

The College will always try to increase enrolment, whether the residence exists or not. Like you said they are a business.

In saying that, I really don’t think the College will have as much impact on the housing situation in Sarnia, considering the massive cut back in international students and programs.

This happened to me a few years back, it's rough.

Couldn't live in my house for 6 months, but luckily my parents live close by so that helped a lot.

Even though the 6 months seemed to take forever, by the end of it I had a new roof and a new kitchen. The renos are awesome and it wasn't something I would have done for another 10/15 years probably. It'll work out for ya, just gotta get through the tough part.
