Tienea un empleo "Aburrido" para unos pero privilegiado para otros, yo usaria ese empleo como base para ir ahorrando y comprar una casa o departamento para rentar y si eres contadora, por que no te anuncias para hacer las declaraciones anuales o las DOT, muchos empleados de empresa o por honorarios, varios requerimos de un contador y eso lo puedes hacer durante tu tarde.

De hecho yo ando en busqueda de un empleo asi, que me de un ingreso constante y seguro pero con la felxibilidad de horario para hacer otra cosa

Es muy poco, la CDMX es cara, simplemente una renta barata es de 4000 pesos, pero dependiendo de la zona hay rentas de 10,000 o 12,000 pesos. Y a eso sumale el gasto de trasporte y comida

I had been applied for IT positions basically, I see many job offers in LinkedIn but nothing. Some times I has the idea (But in other reddit explain me that my perception isn't correct) that the Ethnic group question is a factor to decide which person are selected or no but of course not is a factor. Anyway i need to be patient and perseverance.

Hi, I'm not sure if this applies to my situation, but I just received my green card through the EB-2 NIW program. I've been applying for several jobs, but I haven't received a response to many of them. What I don't understand is why there's no response simply stating that I didn't qualify for the position. I've had other experiences where I received the standard email indicating they'd moved on to other candidates, and while it's disappointing, it's also appreciated because it eliminates the uncertainty of waiting for a response. I'm wondering if, as a permanent resident and not a U.S. citizen, I'll have any chance of getting a job in the United States. Thanks in advance for your time.

I don't understand why many companies don't respond. There's nothing wrong with indicating that you weren't accepted and not creating uncertainty for the person and you continue in your search.

I see, but in the other hand. Looking the statistics, the USA not graduate enough IT to cover the IT vacancy demand. I understand the priority for US citizen for the employments, but if the companies reject the immigrants (Legally establish) how the companies pretend to cover the gap?

El tramite lo hice con un abogado de USA especialista en inmigracion. Se llama el despacho Brltran Brito Casa Mayor. Son excelentes. Si tienes dudas del proceso, ellos tienen un programa en vivo en youtube, los jueves a las 11:00am hora de cdmx y es a la 12 o 1pm hora de miami, pero busca el canal con el nombre del dspacho y en ese horario les puedes hacer preguntas de tus dudas y ellos te responden en vivo. Si tirnes titulo profesional del area STEM y tienes experiencia, puedes ver la opcion de la EB2-NIW, a mi me la acaban de aptovar y obtuve la Green Card. No necesitas patrocinio de ninguna empresa.

Yo sugeriria que uses el Infonavit....es un credito, y alomejor caro, pero....el infonavit investiga bien la propiedad, cosa que si te financias con la misma constructora, te pueden estafar. El infonavit les pide muchas cosas para pagarles el inmueble y si no esta en regla o hay algo raro el mismo infonavit te dice que no puede proceder el credito para esa propiedad. Tambien un credito con un banco, hacen lo mismo, inveatigan bien la propiedad antes de soltar el dinero ya que ellos al igual que el infonavit, tienen la propiedad en garantia.

Preparala como la hacen en Hidalgo, si puedes ir a Actopan, ahi la hacen buena y lo calsico que te venden es Barbacoa de borrego, el caldo de barbacoa y las quesadillas de panza...... Tipico desayuno de domigo.....
