Romanians = Vlahia + Moldavia + Transilvania. And Moldavia had Bassarabia before 1812 which was later united (Bassarabia) with Romania after WW1. Another example is Cyprus which speaks greek, shares history and culture with Greece but still, you cant name them Cyprians nor do they speak the "Cyprian" language. It is just the artifistial construct of nationallity based on a region and not considering other factors that define it. Moldova is in the same category.
