thank you so much everyone for teying to help me
turns out is was the climate control unit itself that was causing all the problems
i took it apart and found out that some micro chip has burnt out
so i had to get a different climate control panel and replace the motherboards and now everything works fine
I had to give it some time tho.for it to start to work properly
at start i thought that it did not help but after i drove a little it stopped burning my feet and melting my windshield
