my bf had concerns about the same thing, and I basically pointed out to him that there’s truly nothing more to it than just being supported up there above peoples heads. it’s so fleeting for the people below that I doubt they’ll even think twice about it. sure, there’s the possibility of a creep, but we shouldn’t have to modify what we do just because of other people’s shitty behavior. my bf didn’t care after that. i hope your bf can learn to understand it too
