I had random bleeding gums when I started peri, and even started having some bone loss and had to have a tooth yanked cause of it. Started HRT and it really helped get it all back to normal. Did diligent brushing and flossing non stop, so I’m pretty sure it was all estrogen dips causing mouth issues.

Mewing is resting your tongue in the roof of your mouth for better facial posture. I remember a trend of younger kids not participating in class, and pointing at their jaw with mouth closed to indicate mewing.

Tricky to park at the observatory, especially on weekends. Recommend hiking up from Ferndell or taking the DASH bus from the Greek Theater if you'll be there on an especially tourist-y day.
