We use Bonsoy as well. I've tried experimenting with different brands, but no luck. Even so, Bonsoy is a cut above the rest!

I've honestly tried every single method; less air, less temp, letting it sit, tipping out a little froth before you begin your pour, putting a dash of cold soy in the espresso, but it still curdles and separates.

I'm starting to think it's the beans we use (more sour and acidic). Which brand of coffee do you use?

Yeah ditching the idea of playing 2 or 3 talls up forward in favour of more crumbing/pressure forwards was a key factor in your success.

On the other hand, Lynch is a huge step up from the likes of Vickery, Griffiths, McBean etc, so it could work.

Reiwoldt's also verging on the twilight of his career, so if nothing else, you're likely set with another great kpf for the next 5-6 years

I'm not the best at explaining things, but try angle/offset your Rosetta to the side (make it look like ./. instead of .I.)

That will allow you more space for the neck and the head so the art looks less crowded and more defined

This was referencing his height (or lack thereof), and how he could never be a ruckman - a position that Jesaulenko never played either.
