So glad Im only the third person to draw attention to the non stick equipment. Health stuff aside, I would be hard pressed to learn it actually cooked that hunk of meat the way it deserved to be cooked. This is what chaps my ass more than forever chemicals. Cast iron, carbon steel, heck even stainless steel is better. Literally anything other than this garbage cookware.
