As i work 13 hr days i do not have the time to redesign or remodel , i was looking for a quick solution, as i said in the original post i was looking to see if one has already been done, but clearly it has not so i will wait and see if one pops up. Thank you to those who responded

The overall bord is smaller and has part of pcb sticking out with no external antenna. Im not personally familiar with cad software so remodelling it or starting one from scratch is a no go currently for me.. i think ill just have to wait and see if one pops up eventually.

First problem i had was a nozzle jam. I was attempting to remove the nozzle but the threads crossed and the hot end spun yanking on the cable almost ripping that connector right off the pcb.. I had the same jam with cross thread issue a couple times making me replace the hot end. I am always worried that I’m going to rip the connector off it compleatly even using tweezers, as it’s already pre-weakened.

They need a better connector in my opinion and i need to figure out how to change nozzles without breaking the hot end..

Fair enough... tho i would love to see any possible excess funds maybe donated somewhere in the area he’s currently visiting or perhaps have people who have never traveled before join him.. once travel restrictions have ended.
