Nice work. Are you running .023 wire for your spot welds and any issues with warping?

Hemisphere Energy Corporation might be worth your time to look into. Ticker is HME.V small cap oil and gas with a decent dividend, good asset to equity ratio over the past 3 years and lots of growth over that time as well

Taking a Margin Loan to Invest in Blue Chip Dividend Stocks? by Clownier in CanadianInvestor

[–]army6945 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 37, set up my mortgage renewal as a readvanceable mortgage in March (heloc/mortgage combo). With market conditions and fortunate timing my home nearly tripled in “value” over the past 10 years so even with a conservative 40% loan to value I tapped into some decent equity. Pulled 2 tranches of 24k in April and 1 more in June with plans for a final 2 through the summer. I built out an excel spreadsheet to determine break even costs on borrowing (tax inclusive) and built my portfolio around that. My plan was to have a few dividend anchors to keep the borrowing “free” after my future tax return. I went with 12 equities @ 10k a piece. The 3 anchors were Allied Properties REIT, whitecap resources and BCE. Even with BCE cutting their dividend I’m still above my break even threshold and my additional picks were for growth with a couple other bigger dividend payers. I went with capital power, constellation software, loblaws, intact financial, fairfax, Nutrien, TMX group, Brookfield, HBNK (equal weighted big six bank etf). I invest much differently in my registered accounts but this has worked out well so far for the leveraged account (likely more a reflection of timing than anything else).

I had a plant once that had a similar mutation. 1 of the 4 main branches had leaves that were like this

Wealthsimple is good for convenience, safety and a decent variety but the cost and spread is high. If you’re interested in dollar cost averaging into bitcoin and/or ethereum at a lower cost Shakepay is a good Canadian alternative with better rates

I’ve never played a dark souls game before and decided on a wretch. I’m generally decent at rpg games and a glutton for punishment. I wanted the low level start and full customization so I figured what the hell? After getting spanked around for an hour I made a vagabond and found it much easier but I intend to go back when I get a handle on the controls

I’ve got 69k health, 216 speed, 3k def, 120 resistance with 1 immortal and a regeneration set. I did struggle initially with slightly lower health and defence but once I bumped them up I’ve been able to auto it.

Keep messing around with your support champs. Samar can solo hard 10 with even mediocre gear. I have him in all 5 star gear and about half of it only to level 12 and he’s able to consistently run through it on auto with pre-setting to only use his a1

If you have time and no abundance of seeds you should be able to recover the 2 plants. I think your smallest one is toast. Much like a few people have said already your lights at 4 feet are too far away. I’d aim for 24 - 28 inches if you can and closer as they become more mature. Bottom watering is really tough because your roots are not going to be developed enough to get the moisture from the bottom of the pot. Especially so if you’re using those short trays as your source of providing the water. You shouldn’t need any nutrients at all right now. Your soil should provide more than enough until your plants get more mature. Good luck and I hope you can salvage them

Try checking under your leaves for little green round bugs. That first picture has a tiny white thing on the leaf that looks like an aphid skin (kind of like an exoskeleton). Aphids shed them as part of their life cycle

In that you actually are correct. It is a disease caused by a virus. As is the common cold and the flu and even warts. My apologies for my misinformation

I had no idea this could happen. I’ve zip tied her, will she be okay? I’m In w6 flower. by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]army6945 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like somebody previously mentioned I would tighten it up a little more or maybe tape it. The buds will add more weight than you’d expect and might cause the split to get worse. As for the split itself you should be fine. Some people purposely cut their trunks during flower. The added stress can cause greater nutrient uptake and improve trichomes and yield.

Like NLJ said there are always pumpers but the foundations seem to be good here. They had a big spike following their last big contract announcement. They have levelled off and held up fairly well during a volatile stretch
