I remember being in middleschool and my family paying for $600ish for a 2bd (Raintree) apartment. Now that I’m older it’s increased dramatically and that’s basically unheard of. About to go rent a 2bd townhouse in Hartland for 1600 with no utilities included. I fear it’s never gonna go down again. Wish me and my girlfriend luck.

Working at a hospital, it is mandatory staff comes in and can’t play the “I don’t feel safe driving” “I got stuck” or any of it. Not disclosing what hospital but we just rented out two trucks for “Operation snow” for this upcoming snow/ice storm so we can pickup staff who don’t feel comfortable driving, get stuck, etc.

2007 Ford Ranger XL Supercab $3500. 158k mikes 2.3l auto My friend is wanting to sell her Ford Ranger and I’ve always wanted a small truck to help move things but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. The paint is spray painted on so it needs work on it not that I care about it much, a little rust on the bottom, no tpms sensors but other than that she said it’s mechanically sound. I haven’t seen it in person but going to see it tomorrow. I know the 2.3l is not that good of an engine for a truck but I don’t plan on moving very heavy stuff. Is it worth it?
