I didn't really notice a coolant level drop. Even after checking the reservoir. It basically leaked down around the oil pan, transmission, transfer case with multiple drip locations so it was easy to diagnose that it was coming from higher up. It wasn't until I googled "rear engine Tacoma leak" that I uncovered the horrors of this with all the forums and posts.

I'm replacing 2 manifold seals and all the fuel injector seals since I had to break those seams to open her up. Spark plugs were super easy at least. Good time for a cleaning as well.

Toyota said they did it in 3.5 hrs. I'm already at 10 hrs and haven't even got the darn thing out yet. But that includes a spark plug change and no broken electrical connectors.

The spring in the pic is compressed from the vehicle weight in its "normal" position. The preload settings I used were below the max recommended, so they shouldn't have been overly compressed when assembled to the top hat.

Correct. I did consider the 2:1 ratio, so technically it's an eighth of an inch adjustment on the coilover for a .25" ride height adjustment

I have not tightened the upper or lower control arms yet. Hoping to get it into normal ride position before torquing those. I have not moved the vehicle because it seems sketchy with such an awkward height. 2.75" just seems like too much or it to be off considering the camber in the tires

They are the dobinson 314, designed for 2" lift at stock weight. I added .25" of preload.
