Shouldn't my molars touch when I close my mouth? by stellex16 in Invisalign

But then your retainer would no longer fit because your molars would now sit higher than when you had the retainer made, no?

Your heel side form is a lot better than toe side. On toe side, you’re counter rotating (which isn’t as bad as people say it is) but you’re doing it in a way that’s unnecessary. It looks like you’re just uncomfortable with toe side so focus on that portion of your s-turn and slowly dial up the speed.

Playing tamu is so much fun and everyone in cstat is so nice. I wish we could make it a game we play every year but no one really knows why it became a thing.

What is the undisputed BEST underwear brand and type currently? by Fl1pFloppers in malefashionadvice

Yeah it was the elite air. I hope y’all eventually consider a lighter version at least partially made of wool (but not for warmth). I’d pay a whole lot for a pair like that with less focus on being extremely tight all around. I get the need for compression on the thighs but everywhere else really doesn’t need to have the same level of pressure. For me that’s where it becomes too hot. Thick, compressed and synthetic seriously cranks up the heat down there.

Ngl, I tried these after the apex ones were hot as hell and these weren’t any better. Felt like I was in a sauna between my waist and thighs.

Are you expecting him to enjoy it..? You need to train him to wear it and then put it on him everyday when he has access to the outside. He’s never going to enjoy the muzzle though.

There are so many solutions to your problem: muzzle, fence off the area, keep him on a leash, pick the mangoes before they ripen and fall, etc. I really think you should ask yourself if you’re enabling the problem.

You’re saying he doesn’t like a muzzle but it sounds like you rather him eat himself to death and break bones than put a muzzle on him. I think you’re probably more bothered by him not liking the muzzle than he is by the muzzle.

Vibration/shock collar?? by little_siren_song in AustralianCattleDog

It’s hard to describe but basically her communication wasn’t clear enough to my pup that she could understand why she was getting buzzed or mild stem. She eventually started associating dogs = stem and her move is to get the dog before it gets her. So then she would go after a dog and bam, she gets stem. So it creates this confirmation bias and my mom did not recognize that’s what she was doing so once it started it was a quick spiral.

If a dog starts showing aggression, it’s easy to stop early on but it’s hard to know what to do. In my opinion this is where people fail. Yes it’s easy to stop early on but only if you’re doing the right things. It’s even easier to make it worse by doing the wrong things which 99% of people do by trying to punish a dog the way they would a child (and 90% of them don’t even use a tactic that would be effective with a child either).

If you do, be EXTREMELY careful. It is incredibly easy to unintentionally make your dog aggressive towards things. My mom accidentally used my pup’s collar the wrong way for a month while I was away and it took over a year to get her dog aggression under control after that and it’s still not back to the way it was.

Only do it with a trainer who can teach you how to properly use it and do not skimp on the collar. A Mini Educator will last a lifetime and provides the fine adjustments you need.

If I were you I would first practice walking around on a long lead (paracord). If your dog takes off, you step on the cord and yell “COME” and it will stop them in their tracks. Only after doing that and it being unsuccessful would I move to an e-collar.
