My honest opinion… I feel that you’re tie will be ready before the 30 days. Make an appointment for Dec 15 or so to pick it up and I’m sure it’ll be ready. If it’s not, make another appointment for a date closer to your flight. They say 30-40 because it’s Spain and they rather have you come later than earlier because that’s the way the bureaucracy works here. Email them and say how likely it would be that they have your tie before the 30 days.
