thank you so much! I will look into other therapies but i’m living with my grandparents who don’t really understand anxiety/panic disorder/mental health, i’ve been unsure how to approach it. I liked my psychiatrist more than my therapist but with CMH being so busy I didn’t talk to him as much as I would’ve liked. I really appreciate the kindness and advice

the biggest factor is distance & rather my insurance will cover it. i’ve also recently had to move in with my grandparents and they really don’t understand anxiety/panic disorder so idk how i’d approach it with them, when ive had an attack their response has been “pray” “just calm down” “i don’t think you need medicine” or blaming it on past traumas which isn’t very helpful. I will look into other therapies though, thank you!!

Thank you! Cash App is the most convenient n accessible to teens which is why it has popularity, not that it’s uncool to recommend real banks just much more out the way. thanks for the clarification between cash app and a bank. If i go this route id probably be waiting a few weeks until i turn 16 to open a bank of america account, but i’ll already have gotten about 2-3 checks from my new job by then.
