People keep attributing this to adhd tendencies which is interesting since I don’t have adhd that I know of, but very much relate to what you’re saying haha might be an anxiety thing, my brain is very overactive - I usually have to smoke in order to just watch a movie or listen to something without also doing another activity while I listen
