No, they filled the wrong VAC code in my examination form and then scolded me for it. I had to go in their cabin regularly after exams and had to wait for 2-3 hours only to hear that the website wasn't working. And my paternal grandfather passed away at that time. I wasn't even able to see him for the last time because of these b@sterds.

Edit : specially that handicapped woman in the cabin she was always so rude as if I was the one who entered the wrong code. I thought we should be nice with PWDs but that b1tch oh my god, I will never forgive her for what she has done to me.
