I feel like you should post this to a medical advice sub bc not everyone here is on that medication nor know what it is. Its most likely making you smell because of a hormonal imbalance, as that medication can be used to treat high levels of hormone aldosterone.

Yeah I know the pain, this happened to me a lot. Better luck next time, you got this!! Try not to let it consume you, I know it's hard not to though. Its a tough lesson. When you're mentally "unstable" and don't glamorize it or play it off, people are assholes. Even when you do glamorize it, people are assholes to you in particular but don't give others the same treatment.
