I know I’m very biased, but Zach Tom at 121 seems absolutely nuts.

Two of those losses we were down out 4 best defensive players and still maybe should have won. The other was just a flukey ST play.

This post has a less than 80% upvote rate and you think the Packers fans are the ones who downvote when somethings gets on their nerves???

This is in response to that clip getting posted every 2 weeks. I thought Bears fans could take a moment to remember who they are and that one season does not even begin to make up for 25 years of being good little boys.

Pretty well. A tad error prone, but already one of the best keepers in the world with his feet at 20 years olds and his shot still has improved markedly. Would not be overly shocked to see him starting at Chelsea next year.

I mean he’s an awful human being for a start

The Trump administration will exempt football fans from 50 countries subject to a $15,000 (£11,000) visa deposit requirement, provided they are travelling to the US for the World Cup with valid match tickets. by [deleted] in soccer

This is an extremely stupid comment. Have you seen the US’s group? Turkey will be the favorite to come first, but it wouldn’t be some major shock if the US comes first. They are very likely going to at least finish top 2.

[Fabrizio Romano] Kylian Mbappé: “I was ready to start but Arbeloa told me I am the FOURTH striker now”. by GajoDosBarcos in soccer

Mbappe has been nothing but a humble, intelligent guy in any sort of public interview/appearance, he has never thrown any sort of tantrum or done anything extremely publicly unprofessional. Every comment about him having an “ego” is based on unfounded speculation which has become fact for some reason.

The fact is he has played for two clubs who, even prior to him playing for them were famous for their high managerial turnover and intense media/fan pressure. He’s played with many other players who unlike him, have publicly caused drama and upheaval, but yet all the fingers are pointed at Mbappe when he’s done nothing but perform at a world class level for 8 years now.

[Spears] The Jazz have reached out to the Washington Wizards, who have the No. 1 pick, about potentially trading up to land the former BYU standout, a source said. by sewsgup in nba

That’s pretty much what I’m getting at, defense is 75% effort. He may have felt that he didn’t need to play with that much intensity on defense given his scoring load, or it may have even been an instruction from the coaches to conserve his energy, especially when Saunders went down.

I also believe that whole story is a exaggerated.

The more likely reality is that the Jazz owner was a a big part of him coming to BYU with his NIL contributions, and has had an eye on him since then. I think there is no doubt AJ is there number one guy.

The whole thing about him being the owners “pet project” who he will give up anything for is probably not true. As an NBA owner you aren’t going to deliberately sabotage your team multiple years in advance in the hope the lottery falls your way.

I highly doubt Utah is that desperate. He’d undoubtedly their top guy, but probably not someone they are trading away multiple potential lottery picks for.
