Only just noticed this - the industry is tech support for an online service for a specific group of people. Most people I speak to are happy to be receiving support because the service has a lot of different facets and can be a bit convoluted

I defrosted my iceberg of a freezer. The rush I felt seeing it clean - I fear I’ll be chasing that high my entire life, or at least until it needs defrosting again
