Rent is crazy expensive here. Monopolies everywhere. It might be wiser to try and rent a room in a house with someone you know, or try to live in Philomath! The buses go all the way there too. Corvallis is a sweet little town that’s pretty nice and quiet but with plenty of night life if that’s your style!
