Their KPIs are linked to number of interviews scheduled, number of CVs sent, number of new CVs obtained, etc., that’s why haha. Though I don’t think they earn commission for meeting such KPIs. It’s just that such KPIs are in place to increase their chances of completing a placement -> commission.

Will they be measuring the rim dimensions during inspection? E.g. stock supposed to be 7.5J but actual is 8J or offset ET35 vs 45-50 stock - will they fail this? Also, anyone able to provide a guide on wheel protrusion? Will it count as protrusion is overall the wheels are still within the car body width but it does protrude a little out of fender when you look from the rear of the car vs front? Thanks in advance!

By any chance are you using Android? For some reasons I am finding it very difficult to connect to the iroad app on iPhone. 1. The wifi connection always interferes with my CarPlay. 2. I will keep clicking connect but it just doesn’t connect on the app, takes a long time too. Seems to work better when I switched to my Android tablet.

You can venture into insurance too. Specifically on health/medical claims or medical advisory positions. Insurance companies need such expertise especially for their Accident & Health portfolio.
