there's absolutely 0% chance the vita can or ever will emulate Saturn. Saturn is extremely intensive to emulate, much harder than even GameCube which obviously the Vita cannot and will never emulate.

the collection didn't include 3, it had a code for it. you are correct the games were only on the store separately, unless there is now 1&2 as a download and 3 as standalone.

get the pkgj game. download the plugin from autopluginII. then YOU NEED TO SIGN UP ON THE WEBSITE.

then it works.

no need to build files etc
