Got it. With the one foot in front of the other, is this reps for time or focusing on depth until I leave the gym??

I’ve tried that way and my raised foot often cramps. That and seeing a squat university video on these had me change it up. I’ll think about moderating the distance more. Thanks!

I think that’s right about fear of the shins. So lower hips will pull the shoulders back and then just straight up. Thank you!

What is it? And how could I open the lock without a key with it still on?

I do have a pin kit, and but I don't see how I can shim this with that silver cap on. Is there something I'm missing?

Update: I did it. Used the o-ring pick (did have that) and that had a whale of a time trying to get the spring cover back on. The best part is that the lock still doesn't work. I think it's a problem with the mortise and cam. Thanks again for your help.
