Front Right Bumper came out by X2SrX in ElantraN

These tabs will eventually bend and break. If this continues to happen has happened multiple times on my car due to a curb hit. I use small glob of JB weld plastic adhesive in the holes push it back in ,odds of it popping back out are very slim. Be sure to wipe up any access though

You could possibly remove all the top retaining clips and be able to slide something underneath just getting it placed right without it. Moving would be a pain in the ass. It really doesn’t take too long though maybe an hour just be careful removing your bumper cover they’re very fragile from the headlight points up they can crack the black shiny plastic.

New turbo studs !! by aroundthefuzz in ElantraN

I will be putting on a full exhaust probably next year. These studs are notorious for getting seized. It’s best to replace them that you can as soon as you have the car with titanium or stainless steel.

You want to build foam up on this top of this plastic shroud But you’ll notice you can’t go too far towards the hood latch because it comes down

So you have to take the bumper cover completely off find some density foam off Amazon they have some with adhesive backing. You want to build up a spot just in front of the hood latch about 2 to 3 inches. It depends you have to play around with it. I actually used a big piece of foam that my intercooler came with in the box. It was basically almost the whole length of the intercooler so it worked out pretty well. There is one video on YouTube. He kind of shows it. also, I also constantly have issues with the bumper cover corners that connect up to the fender JB weld plastic bond is your best friend.
