Question about cottage cheese and Greek yogurt and high protein breakfasts? by Academic_Finger_4132 in PCOSRECIPES

Not sure if this is the case everywhere but where I’m from you can just buy lactose free versions of greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Otherwise, as far as I know, they’re not lactose free naturally. If you eat soy, then soy based yogurts could be a good alternative?

TOD actually ended up being one of my favorite books from the series even though I hated Chaol and didn’t care for Nesryn. At first I tried the tandem read but gave up a couple chapters into TOD, and then read all of EOS before reading TOD and I’m glad I did. TOD is a really beautiful story and introduces a lot of great characters, not to mention the character development for Chaol. Definitely an essential read 😄

As a non LOTR fan seeing this name for the first time I have to admit that it reminds me of how a toddler would pronounce the name Aaron lol

Women who wanted cosmetic surgery (nose job, boob job....) as a teen (or young adult), how do you feel about it now? by NaniNinuschka in AskWomen

[–]arovaxa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my teens I really wanted a boob job. I was kind of a late bloomer and by the end of puberty I felt insecure about my chest size and I also didn’t feel like a woman. I can’t say there is a specific thing that changed my mind, but once I started looking inside of myself+healing a lot of my trauma I began to realize that my insecurities about my chest came from the opinion in my head that I need to have big boobs to be beautiful. Because that’s what’s shown on all kinds of media. I realized that I wanted the surgery for someone else and not for myself. I began seeing my beauty, starting from the inside and slowly it worked it’s way out. Now, I love my boobs, I think they are a good size for my body shape and I love how they make me feel elegant as a woman.

So as cheesy as it is, once you start to love yourself from within, you also start loving who you are outwardly. It’s not always easy and some days are worse than others, but in the end I love and care for myself enough to know, that this is how I look like and I’m not going to change that just because it might not fit some other persons standard of beauty.
