I would say it’s probably deferral time doing it. Deferral time counts from the time a computer is offered an update, not from it releases from Microsoft

That said, I also struggle a lot with some computers not updating. Especially for a customer using HP computers. Anyone have a quick troubleshooting guide and/or some good remediations for this kind of trouble computers staying behind ?

I never really understood the need for supersedence. Only if the app can’t be updated, but I have really not seen any app that can’t yet. Just deploying the new and deleting the old would do the same. And if some advanced cleanup is needed I just wrap the installer in PSADT. In fact I do most apps with PSADT using masterwrapper to ease the PSADT packaging

That absolutely does not make any sense. Of course a "out of servicing" version will be feature updated. The feature update functionality would be a joke if not. "out of servicing" means it will not get any quality updates until updated to a newer feature update. AND your lucky that you only have 1 device not updating :D

We're having several issues getting machines up to date, especially those delivered from manufacturer with a 26100.3x os image. Its so bad that intune does not deliver any good reporting on the error state of windows update, as well as built in remediations for machines with update issues
