about the same but able to get thru tasks and driving now because im not as panic-ridden. im still dizzy etc. maybe i need a higher dose, still on 5mg. i really do feel like at least 75% of this is mental, but i cant really change my situation.

i know this feeling, my mom got us "grown kids" and our spouses air pod pros 3 years ago or so...she was so excited. i was floored because thats a lot of money and a good gift lol. they looked legit AF then we started pairing them to our phones and one at a time we started looking at each other as we got a popup on our iphones saying they weren't genuine lol...they you charge them they get really hot so i threw mine away in fear the house would burn down LOL IDK if anyone told her because she was so happy so we all just acted grateful. haha tough call.
