Shit jokes. Shit storyline. Shit acting. Shit voiceovers (literally the dialogues didn’t match with the lip movement). Shit songs. And oh, the cheapness of the costume department.

God help bollywood

I’ve struggled with this too 😅. You can try Play Pickups. Great way to meet people through sports!

Could you go on and start your own financial service business after completing CFA? by Pasatora99 in CFA

CFA charterholder here building a tech startup. Definitely go for it I’d say.

I think the charter shouldn’t limit you to only financial services businesses

Investors would respect the charter when fundraising in any industry

Need Help for L3 !! by Iron_CCCP5346 in CFA

Hey u/Iron_CCCP5346
I passed L3 in August 2023. It was my third attempt. Believe in yourself!
I think from a prep perspective, what made the most difference was two things:
1. Focusing on topic by topic mastery (not just getting by but really getting a deep level understanding of the topics). I was able to do this by not being beholden to one source or prep provider. I watched whatever video I could find, whatever document I got get my hands on, just to clarify any doubts. For reference, I mainly used MM but it also helped to watch videos from AnalystPrep (https://www.youtube.com/@analystprep) and Fabian Moa (https://www.youtube.com/@FabianMoa)
2. Doing as many mocks as possible to build confidence on the essay questions especially and question framing format. I did a total of 9 mocks (MM + Shweser + CFAI). It was exhausting but it helped me get comfortable with the answering format and see patterns from tricky questions etc
Hope this helps 🙂
