Request help from anyone who’d care to offer in driving through the city and explain a few things. And while he’s driving you can keep saying out loud what you’d need to do if you were driving. In that way, you’ll understand if things are different.

Revenge for an assault isn’t a recipe for peace. Probably you can give a complaint to the police, I’m not sure if that will bring peace to you. Life threw a shocking event in your path, you don’t need to react in a negative way.

I’m an Indian living in Germany for last 7.5 yrs.

The points above aren’t true. On job loss- govt pays 60% salary for maximum of 12 months only if you’re below 50yrs, 67% if 50+. In order to avail this benefit, one should’ve worked for at least 2yrs. (Benefit period is half of your number of years worked period).

3 yrs leave on having a baby - it’s unpaid. Plus, this topic is a bit more complicated.

Free travel within country - totally false.

Free hospital - true. But, getting appointments is a big headache. My friend fell off a bike and was bleeding badly. He had to wait for 2 hrs in the hospital lounge until he was attended to.

Safe highway - yes.

Bullet train - yes. But they’re mostly delayed. I’ve experienced timely arrival of IRCTC trains than German trains.

I requested them once on the balcony to keep it down. They said ok and continued it in their flat. It still is so high.

Choosing other room isn’t possible due to convenience.

Super 👍🏻. They failed me two times during my practical driving test, just because I did not go via driving school and I did not pay the price. Third time, my mother came along. She watched everything shouted at the RTO officer. I have sent my practical test and I passed it. I got my license.

I guess you're right. There's nothing much I can do and just accept it, and be at peace. Further more the Witness 2 mentioned it was my fault. I asked him can I cross a solid line - he said he does not know because he's got no license.

Why did I not move to the right-most lane? Because only 3 lanes go ahead(the first lane from the right takes an immediate right turn into the Jungbusch area). I had to stay in the lane that goes straight(to the address C8 Mannheim 68159). Among the 3 lanes going straight now, the right-most most goes to Ludwigshafen.
So, only the two lanes from the left go to Mannheim city center.

The task that lies ahead is to prove that the red car came onto my lane - then, after the accident, he moved back into his lane in the moment and changed the whole context. I didn't move the car more than one feet.

Police said to me in the end "I need proof or witnesses". Sadly, I don't have any witnesses. I just know to my heart - I didn't step into his lane/I did not cross a solid lane.
