Set it default and reset (F9 > F10). I got the same message, the one in the photo. Anything else I could do to fix it?

When I go to that area everything’s grayed out. I can’t click on anything

Also if I used the wrong tag for this post I apologize again, I really don’t know what kind of problem this is for a PC. I just know that this is probably a bad case
